Aging (Mostly) Gracefully is where I share my thoughts on navigating life’s transitions. Here we’ll talk about planning for the expected and unexpected while delighting in the surprises life has in store for you.  As (mostly) graceful agers, we strive to take the good with the bad and still see the beauty of life.

We’ll explore living intentionally with joy and grace even on those days when all you want to do scream, cry and/or binge on wine and chocolate. We’ll chat about why living a good life is not the same as living “the good life” as the world defines it.
